On 6/28/09 victim reported that sometime early this morning between 0000 hours and 0200 hours 3 male individuals were at the above location with friends. Victim reported as he was outside in the parking area waiting for a ride, suspect struck him with a vehicle. Victim went to the ER and contacted law enforcement. Victim had lacerations and abrasions to the right side of his head and had scrapes and abrasions to his right shoulder blade and both elbows. Victim was being treated for a possible torn rotator cuff to his right shoulder. An attempt to locate suspect was unsuccessful.

On 6/28/09 a concerned citizen reported a possible impaired driver. Upon contact with driver at fuel pump, I noticed he displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was administered SFST's which he showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was advised of NM Implied Consent and agreed to a breath test in which BrAC results were .18, .19. Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On 6/28/09 suspect arrived at victim's residence and asked for victim's sister. Suspect became upset when victim refused to give information and proceeded to throw rocks at the victim as she closed the door to the residence. Victim was able to leave residence and run to her uncle's house along with her 4 year old sister.

On 6/26/09 a call was received for a welfare check on a small child in which the small child was in the residence with a sex offender. The suspect was in violation of his probation and an arrest order was issued. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 6/27/09 at about 2008 hours victim's sister reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry to her brother's residence through the bathroom window by breakig it and forcing it off the frame. She had arrived in the area to feed the dogs and found that the home was burglarized. She stated that she does not know what was taken. Estimated amount of damage is about $500.00. Estimated amount taken is pending.

On 6/27/09 at about 1546 hours victim reported that on June 13, 2009 the mailbox unit where he received mail was broken into. Victim reported since then, he was contacted by his bank advising him of unusual activity showing up on his account. Victim reported he was expecting a Wells Fargo charge card in the mail for his business and never received it. Unknown suspect(s) made several charges on the card in Albuquerque, NM. Albuquerque Police Department was also contacted. Estimated amount of charges is about $500.00.

On 6/27/09 at 1756 hours a 17 year old juvenile male was arrested on the above listed offenses after he was stopped for failing to obey two no right turn on red sign at the intersection of State Road 14 and State Road 599, by making a right turn on red. A check with DMV revealed that the juvenile's license was revoked with the attached arrest clause. During investigation the juvenile male did provide his driver's license, which he was not supposed to be in possession of, but he was unable to provide proof of vehcile insurance upon request. The juvenile after being arrested was then released to his mother's custody as per the Juvenile Probation Office.

Victim reported that sometime between 3:30 p.m. on 6-27-09 and 7:30 a.m. on 6-28-09 an unknown person(s) gained unforced entry into a residence and attempted to steal a 50' TV. The TV was located in the driveway of the residence and nothing else appeared to missing from inside the residence. No suspects or witnesses are available at this time.

The unknown suspect(s) removed a microwave oven, portable AM/FM radio, 2 way radio with charger and the contents of a first aid kit. Value of the items taken is estimated at $300.00. No suspect or witnesses information is available at this time.
