On this date deputy was assisting other officers on a aggravated battery case. Suspect listed above assaulted a Medic Unit member of the Santa Fe County Fire Department. When deputy tryed to arrest suspect he resisted and had to be placed onto the ground. Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on above listed charges and booked.

CASE 0209004815 / DWI (FELONY), DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE, SPEED REGULATION / 06-03-2009

LOCATION: PASEO DE RIVER AND HIGHWAY 599, SANTA FE AREA
ARRESTED: JOSE G. URANGA, 39 YOA MALE
CHARGES: DWI (FELONY), SPEED REGULATION, DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE
On this date deputy observed vehicle south bound on Paseo De River at a speed faster than the posted speed limit. Deputy stopped vehicle and found that the driver had been drinking. Driver was found to be intoxicated (.18 BrAC). Records check showed that the driver had three other DWI actions and was driving on a suspended license. Driver was arrested on above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked. Driver' vehicle was seized.

Suspect: JonPaul Manzanares Age: 30 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a fight in progress call. Upon arrival, Manzanares was seen striking female victim with a pistol. Manzanares who was intoxicated was apprehended and booked for Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Negligent use of Deadly Weapon.

Suspect: Alfred Valdez Age: 22 Santa Fe
Alfred Valdez was arrested for Aggravated Battery against a Household Member after deputies responded to the camgrounds for a domestic dispute. It was discovered that he had battered a household member by grabbing and striking said person which may have caused a dislocated shoulder.

On 6/1/09, Suspect was driving a 2001 Toyota Tacoma PK, bearing NM plate# 569-NWL, and was stopped for weaving. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

On 6/1/09 victim reported that sometime between 5/22/09 and 5/30/09 unknown suspects forced entry through the fornt door of the residence and removed a 26" flatscreen TV, a Sony 42" TV, and an HP Computer desktop. The home is under construction and victim has items stored in the garage. Estimated amount taken is $3,600.00.

On 5/29/09 the realtor reported sometime between 5/28/09 at 1700 hours and 5/29/09 at 1700 hours unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence through a sliding door by prying it open with an unknown object. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry and took shelves, a medicine cabinet, a dishwasher, an electric stove, a microwave, a garbage disposal, and wall light fixtures. The residence was vacant with the exception of the appliances which were in the residence.
