Victim stated unknown person(s) took her black purse which contained her driver's license, social security card, 2 credit cards, 2 cell phones and a set of keys. On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding persons being loud in the area of the Mine Shaft Tavern. Upon arrival officer noticed the defendant in the parking lot sitting behind the driver's seat. Upon making contact with the defendant he displayed signs of impairment and smelled of intoxicant. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. Defendant had a .12 and .13 BrAC.

Victim reported that between June 8, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. and June 13, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his unoccupied rental residence that is currently under construction and stole a wood stove, 10" chop saw, air compressor and several hand tools. Victim estimated the cost of the items taken at $2,300.00. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time.

SUSPECT WAS VERY INTOXICATED AND BEGAIN MAKING THREATES TOWARDS DEPUTY'S, THEN STARTED KICKING THE SIDE OF A CAR BELONGING TO HIS WIFE, DUE TO HIMTHINKING SHE HAD SOMETHING TO DUE WITH THE FIRE. SUSPECT WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTY'S AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AT THAT POINT AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.
