On 01-14-09 the complainant stated that he had borrowed the above utility trailer from his friend. The trailer was secured in the complainants property. The trailer was last seen at about 8:00am and was discovered missing at about 1:00pm. The owner of the trailer was contacted and signed the stolen vehicle affidavit. The trailer was entered into NCIC.
