On 3/9/09 deputies were looking for a suspect which had a warrant and was involved in an incident earlier. He was located and ran into the above stated residence. Upon entry suspect was detained along with above stated suspect in which a key chain had fallen out of his pocket. The key chain contained several small packets of cocaine and heroin. Suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

He stated that unknown person(s) entered the home through a storm window which was facing the street. Unknown person(s) damaged the window frame. Estimated damage is unknown. Unknown person(s) entered the residence and rummaged through the closet and opened jewelry boxes. Unknown if anything is taken. Evidence was located at the scene.
