ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED PARKED ON CAMINO JULIANA IN THE MIDDLE OF ROADWAY. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AFTER TURNING AROUNDING AND THEN HE TURNED ONTO AGUA FRIA. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE OPEN CONTAINERS AND WAS GIVING BEER TO AN 18 YOA FEMALE PASSENGER. SUSPECT SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT DURING TESTING AND AGREED TO A BREATH TEST. SUSPECT HAD A .17BrAC. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND WAS FOUND TO HAVE THREE OTHER DWI ON HIS DRIVERS HISTORY. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. TWO PASSENGERS WERE ISSUSED CRIMINAL CITATIONS FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA AND RELEASED. ONE OTHER FOR ALLOWING HER SELF TO BE SERVED AND RELEASED. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED.

Entry was gained by a slightly opened window. No damage was caused to the vehicle. Suspect(s) are pending at this time.

On 7/26/09 deputies responded to above address in regards to shots fired. Victim stated that they were walking in area when vehicle approached them wanting to fight. Suspect got out of vehicle witha gun and victims ran away. Suspect shot toward one of victims and fled area. No one was struck. Suspect was not located.

On 7/26/09 between 0000 and 1030 hours, unknown persons gained entry into victims vehicle which was unlocked. Suspects stole 2 knives and a rosary hanging from the rear view mirror. Estimated value of items taken is $175.00.

The above driver was stopped for careless driving and was found to exhibit several signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test. The results were .17 BrAC. He was found to have at least three prior DWI arrests. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 07-25-09 the above individual was involved in a disturbance at the above location. During the investigation it was learned that she had threatened the victim. It was also learned that the above person had a warrant for her arrest out Sandoval County. While she was being taken into custody, she attempted to spit and kick Deputy Martinez. The above individual was then booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

ITEMS STOLEN: CASH REGISTER AND DAMAGE TO WINDOW AND CAMERA VALUED AT ABOUT $900.00.
ON JULY 26TH, 2009, AROUND 0035 AM, AN UNIDENTIFED MALE, WEARING A BLACK CAP AND A STRIPPED SHIRT AND BLUE JEANS APPROCHED BUSINESS AND USED A ROCK AND BROKE THE SECURITY CAMERA, THEN BROKE OUT THE DRIVE-UP WINDOW OF BUSINESS. MALE THEN ENTERED THE STORE AND REMOVED A CASH REGISTER AND FLEED THE AREA. CASH REGISTER WAS LOCATED NEAR BY AND IT WAS RETURNED TO THE MANGEMENT OF THE STORE. SUSPECT HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED AT THIS TIME, CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATTION. EVIDENCE WILL BE TURNED OVER TO STATE CRIME LAB. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY IS ABOUT $900.00.
