On 06-25-09 the victim reported that an unknown person utilized his credit card to purchase a Gateway Computer over the internet. The charge was made to New Egg.Com for the amount of $399.99. The victim contacted the web site and found that the computer was being sent out of the United States. The victim subsequently cancelled the credit card.

Victim reported that between 11:30 am and 3:30 pm on 6/24/2009 an unknown suspect had entered her home through an unlocked side door on the Southwest side of her home.She also stated that she had not noticed anything being missing or stolen, but I did leave her a property supplement, There were no damages incurred on entry into the home.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic altercation. The investigation led deputies to believe the above suspect assaulted and battered his ex-fiance. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Raymond Gallegos was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant on 6/23/09 and smuggled a small bag of marijuana into the jail. On this date Detention Officers located the Marijuana in Gallegos' jail cell. Gallegos was booked accordingly.

On 06-24-2009 the victim reported that between 11:30am and 5:40pm, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into her residence. The suspect(s) had broken out a window and cut himself in the process. Once inside the suspect(s) removed the above items.

She went outside to get the phone shortly after and found the above items missing. No suspects were identified at this time. The vehicle was unsecured at the time of the theft.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon arrival, victims advised that they were awaken by hearing a vehicle leaving the area at a high rate of speed. Upon investigation, officer observed three vehilces which had their windows broken. According to one of the victims, he advised that he had been receiving threatening phone calls from a female who he identified to officers.
