Suspect: David Valdez Age: 21 Santa Fe
David Valdez was arrested for Felony Child Abuse and Assault against a household member after deputies responded to the area of the Agua Fria Firestation regarding a domestic disturbance in a moving vehicle. Upon deputies arrival they discovered suspect had held 3yr. old baby out of window of car while in motion and threatened to batter driver/relative. Valdez was booked accordingly.

Sometinme Between 4-3-09 3:00pm and 4-8-09 3:00pm some unknown person stole two AC/Heating units for the above location. The units were mounted on top of the residence and valued at about 10,000.00.

On Thursday, April 09, 2009 at about 7:09am, family member found 32 year old male subject deceased at the above residence. There were no signs of trauma or foul play located at the residence. According to OMI the cause of death can not be determined at this time.

On Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 11:40am, Mr. David Copher, a consultant for Century Bank, reported that between 4-3-2009 at 11:00am and 4-4-2009 at 12:00pm, an unknown suspect had stolen an air conditioner unit off the top of the house on Calle Ojitos. There were no signs of vehicle tracks in the driveway and there are no neighbors that live in close proximity to this residence.

Arrested: Jose Hernandez - age 33, Espanola, NM
The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and fled the scene. He was later located and stopped by Pojoaque PD and showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest by our agency and booked into ADC accordingly. The driver refused a breath test.

Above subject was stopped by Major Ron Madrid, after subject was seen operating his vehicle in a very careless manner. While making contact with the subject, several signs of impairment were detected. Deputy B. Viapando arrested the male subject for DWI.
