ON THIS DATE OFFICER RESPONDED TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION AND MET WITH VICTIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT THE SUSPECT WAS RUNNING PAST HIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SECURE SUSPECT WHEN HE ATTACKED OFFICER AND WAS SLAPPING HIM. DURING THIS EVENT SUSPECT ALSO KICKED VICTIM THREE TIMES. oFFICER WAS ABLE TO TAKE SUSPECT INTO CUSTODY AT THIS POINT AND THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS NOTIFIED. SUSPECT WAS CHARGED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. CASE REFERRED TO THE DA'S OFFICE.

ON THIS DATE OFFICER WAS SENT TO THE HOSPITAL DUE TO A REPORT OF A CRIMINAL SEXUAL PENETRATION. VICTIM ADVISED SHE HAD BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. VICTIM WAS HIGHLY INTOXICATED AND WAS NOT COOPERATIVE AND WOULD NOT GIVE ANY OTHER INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE SANTA FE CITY POLICE RESPONDED TO A CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CALL, WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY CAME INOT CONTACT WITH VICTIM. VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE HAD BEEN ASSAULTED AND BEATENED IN THE CULVERT AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. SUSPECT WENT TO BUSNESS AND BROKE OUT A WINDOW TO GET HELP. VICTIM WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. NO SUSPECT INFORMATION AT THIS TIME. CASE UNDER INVESTIGATION.

Arrested: Luis Navarette 34yoa
On the above date, the above officer witnessed the defendant driving at the above location unable to maintain his lane of traffic. Upon conducting a traffic stop the defendant displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. The defedant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant also had his two children ages 4 and 5 years of age and was also charged with Child Indangerment/Abuse. He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

Location: Agua Fria, SFNM
On the above date, officer responded to St Vincent's Regional Medical Center regarding a female alleging that she was sexually assualted. Upon arrival, the victim was highly intoxicated and gave vague statements. Victim advised that she was sexually assalted at a residence off of Agua Fria and did not have the suspect's information. Due to her level of intoxication further information was unavailable. Criminal Investigators will reinterview her upon her becomming sober.

On the above date, officer witnessed the defendant traveling at a very high rate of speed on State Rd. 14 towards Santa Fe. Upon making contact with the defendant he displyed signs of impairment and failed field tests. The defendant refused to submit to a breath test and was charged aggravated. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.
