On 08-22-08 a Corrections Officer at the Santa Fe County Jail was escorting an inmate in handcuffs, when he turned abruptly. During the turn the Corrections Officer recieved a scratch to her right thumb. It is believed that the inmates fingernail is what caused the scratch. The case is currenty under investigation.

Victim reported that she was at a parking lot in the Pojoaque Area attempting to close her vehicle's rear window. She was approached by 4 males i their twenties in a blue or green car. Three of the males got out of the vehicle and grabbed her by her arms and forced her to the ground. While she was trying to fight them off, she was punched in the eye. The victim stopped fighting and one of the males sexually assualted her. The suspects then fled the area in an unknown direction of travel. This case is currently under investigation.

The above individual was driving at a high rate of speed heading northbound on US 84/285 at mm170. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a guard rail and then went across the roadway and stuck a vehicle and a barrier. The driver was found to be impaired and had a BrAC of .23 and .23. The driver also had a 17 year old male in the vehicle at time of the incident. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail Accordingly.

On 8-23-2008 at 11:12 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location when he entered a Sobriety Check Point. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was found not to have a driver\\'s license and was unable to produce proof of insurance. There were open bottles of beer in the vehicle.

On 08-23-08 at approximately 4:20pm, a traffic stop was conducted on a gold Oldsmobile Alero after the occupants were observed having a Domestic Dispute. The driver of the vehicle (Jennifer Nieto) was found to have a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause. The passenger of the vehcle (Mario Medina) was found to have an active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Both individuals were transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and booked accordingly.

On this date above listed suspect was east bound on Agua Fria, failed to dim lights. Suspect was stopped by officer and was found to have open bottle of Corona beer. Suspect was found to be intoxicated (.15 /.16 BrAC) and had a 13 yoa female child with her at the time. Suspect was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center.

On this date victims mother reported that her 9 yoa child was playing with suspects child when an altercation occurred between the children. Victims child left and went home and armed himself with a squeegee came back to confront the other child when his mother stopped him and pushed victim out of yard and slapped him in the face several times. Victim displayed injuries consistent with his statements.

On this date the above listed officer was sent to the area to meet with victim about her house, which is for sale being broken into. Victim stated that a realtor contacted her yesterday about the appliances were missing. She came up to day to check and found that they were in fact missing. Entry was by force through a side door and then items were removed through another door. Case is under investigation at this time. No suspect information as of this date.

On 8/21/08, victim wanted to report that his residence was broken into. Victim stated that suspect entered his residence through a window on the north side by breaking it. Victim stated that suspect took a .357 caliber handgun revolver from inside. Estimated value of handgun is $400.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00. No physical evidence is at the scene.
