On Sat 3/14/09 8:34pm, suspect was driving a 2002 Nissan Altima and was stopped for weaving. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and admitted taking prescription medication(diazepam). Suspect was arrested and requested a blood test. During the investigation, suspect had her 4 yr old son unrestrained in the vehicle. Suspect also had in her possession 3 Diazepam(Valium), without a valid prescrption. Suspect charged, booked accordingly.

On 3/14/09,6:15pm Suspect was driving a 1996 Toyota T-100 pk, and was involved in a single vehicle crash, and was found to be impaired. Suspect refused field and breath tests, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

On 3/13/09 deputies responded to above address reference a burglary. Victim stated that between 3/12/09 at 2100 hours and today at 1900 hours unknown person(s) gained entry into his residence by prying the front door open. While inside unknown person(s) took a playstation 2, misc. games, 3 gold rings and a Dell Laptop Computer. Estimated value of items taken is $5360.00. No suspects at this time.

On 3/13/09 deputy was traveling south on I-25 near mm 274 when he observed a white Chevy Impala following a gray pickup very close. Deputy stopped vehicle and advised him of the reason being stopped. Deputy noticed that the driver showed signs of impairment. SFST's were administered in which the driver showed further signs of impairment. Driver was read the NM Implied Consent and agreed to a breath test in which the results were .14, .14. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
