On 11/15/2008 the abolve listed defendant was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash after which she fled teh scene. The defendant was located about one mile away from the crash location, and upon deputies making contact with her she fled on foot. The defendant was apprehended, arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Charges: Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle/Conspiracy/Tampering with evidence/Resisting arrest
On Sat 11/15/08 at approx 0100hrs/am, Lt Lucero heard yelling, and the three(3) gunshots coming from the McDonald Parking lot. A 2005 Honda Accord, blue in color , bearing NM PLATE # KHS-900, was attempting to leave the parking lot, and with emergency lights/siren the driver refused to stop, and a vehicle pursuit ensued. The vehicle was eventually stopped at Paseo del Sol/Jaguar Dr. A Taurus .45 cal semi-auto pistol, with 2 full magazines were located in the car. A .45cal slug was foung in the McDonalds Parking lot. There were no actual shooting/assault victims. All three(3) SUSPECTS WERE ARRESTED/CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
