On 03-04-09 between 7:50am and 2:10pm, an individual gained entry into the above residence by use of a key. Once inside he removed a Dish Network Receiver box. There did not appear to be anyting else missing from the residence. This case is currently under investigation.

On 03-04-09 the above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges. The above individual was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend. During the incident the individual also kicked the trunk of the victim's vehicle causing damage.

On this date sometime between 7:30am and 2:00pm, some unknown persons entered the above residence through the side door by prying it open with an unknown object. Upon entering the residence the persons stole 4 tires and wheels that were chained together and stored in the west bedroom. The unknown persons stole a 42” LCD TV from the living room. A female victim reported she sitting inside her vehicle in front of her residence when a dark colored sedan drove by and discharged what is believed to be an airgun. The projectile impacted the driver side window of her vehicle. She did not sustain any injuries and she did not know the identity of the shooter. The suspect had not been identified at the time of report and no witnesses had come forward.

CHARGES: DISORDELY CONDUCT, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE
On this date suspect was banging on the walls, door and windows of a residence at the above listed location. Suspect was found to be very intoxicated. Suspect was advised to leave the property but she refused and kept asking for a ride. Suspect was found to have drug paraphernalia and marijuana under one ounce on her person. Susoect was arreste and taken to the Adult Detention Center with out incident on above listed charges

Victim reported that she left her residence 1:15pm, and returned home at about 3:00pm, and found her bedroom window broken. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(S) stole the above item. The television was entered into NCIC accordingly.

On 3/2/09, suspect was involved in a single motor vehicle crash, and after SFST, suspect was arrested and charged accordingly. Suspect was in possession of over 20 pills of XANAX, that wre prescribed to his mother.
