On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a male subject that needed medical treatemtnon a possible battery. Upon making contact with the victim,he was uncooperative and refused to tell officers what had happened. He had a black eye and a large lump in back of his head. Medic 50 transported the victim to St. Vincents Hospital for further treatment.

On 2/11/09, suspect was attempting to pass vehicle on a no passing zone. Victim was making a left hand turn and suspect vehicle then collided with victim. Suspect attempted to leave scene and struck another vehicle. Suspect fled on foot. Suspect was locatd and appeared to be intoxicated. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and was transported to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect had several open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle. Suspect was then transported to ADC and booked accordingly.
