Charges: Battery upon a household member, Criminal Damage to property.
Deputy Romero was dispatched to above location in reference to a Domestic violence call. Upon arrival Deputy Romero was advised that suspect and victim argued about victim not taking her medication. Suspect broke victims window and tried to enter the residence. Suspect and victim became involed in a physical altercation. Victim recieved abrasions to her left forearm. Suspect was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between the hours of 2:30 pm on June 11, 2008 and 12:50 pm on June 12, 2008 unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into his residence by forceing open a window. Victim advised that nothing appeared to be missing although a bed had been moved indicating that the person(s) was looking for something. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Deputy Archuleta was dispatched to Saint Vincent's Hospital in reference to an inmate in possesion of a controlled substance. Upon arrival Dep Archuleta was informed by jail staff that inmate was taken to Saint Vincent' Hospital for medical treatment because he had been suspected of swallowing drug paraphernalia. Human feces was discovered in the transport van where inmate was sitting. An inspection was conducted of the feces and a clear plastic bag was found containing a syringe, bic lighter and small clear bag containing black tar substance. Upon an interview with inmate he admitted to the items being his and the black tar substance is heroin.

Charges: DWI, Reckless Driving and Resisting Arrest
Deputy Pena was dispatched to U.S 84/285 in reference to a wrongway driver. Upon arrival in the area Deputy Pena made contact with the vehicle travelling South in the Northbound lane. After suspect was placed under arrest he attempted to escape on foot. Suspect was recaptured and submitted to a breath test. Breath samples resulting in .14/ .13.

Deputy Sauzo was dispatched to Calle Hermosa in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival victim stated between 06/05/2008 to 06/10/2008 unknown suspect(s) entered his residence and stole cash, portable cd player, title and 2 gameboy games. Victim stated suspect(s) also tried to gain entry to his shed where he stores his motorcycle.

Dep Markley observed suspect failing to maintain his lane. Upon contact with suspect signs of impairment were visible. Suspect admitted to consuming 2 beers prior to operating vehicle. Field sobriety test were conducted suspect placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect advised of New Mexico Implied consent act and submitted to breath test Suspect was transported to Saint Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect was unable to provide driver's license.

Deputy Wood was dispatched to a call on Quartz Trail in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival he made contact with the victim who stated between the hours of 10:00AM to 9:40PM unknown person(s) entered her home and stole a laptop, 35MM camera, digital camera and a red jewelry box containing $35,000. Suspect then rummaged through the house and left through the front door. It was determined that suspect entered through an unlocked window.

Dep Martinez responded to Aspen Road in reference to a Breaking and Entering. Upon his arrival victim stated on 06/10/2008 between the hours of 6:45AM to 5:00PM person(s) entered her home, ate food and played video games. Victim believes ex-boyfriend to be suspect due to the items taken and no damage done to the property. A Restraining Order is in place against the ex-boyfriend for 100 years.

Victim reported that sometime between 06-05-08 and 06-10-08 an unknown person gained unlawful entry into his residence and burglarized his residence. Stolen from inside the residence was cash and electronics valued at $200.00. No suspect or witness information at this time.

On 06/09/2008 Dep Villanueva was dispatched to a house on Riverside Drive in reference to a missing person. Upon arrival Deputy made contact with the mother of missing child. Mother stated 14 year old son left the house on 06/08/2008 between the hours of 6:30 AM and 8:00PM and has not returned. Mother stated she has been having trouble with her child and he has a curfew of 7:00 PM. Mother has not heard from her child and does not know where he could be.
