On 9/6/08, suspect was driving a 1994 Chev Pickup, bearing NM plate # 153-PKL, and nearly struck Deputy's unit. Suspect was intoxicated and was arrested, and charged accordingly. Suspect refused to take a breath test.

On Friday 9/5/2008 after being involved in a verbal argument, the above suspect struck her husband in the mouth, kicked him in the side and then cut him three times with a box cutter. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail

On the above date, the above named officer made cotact with the victim who advised that he was at party earlier and that unknown person(s) broke into his vehcile and stole his car stereo and CD's. The windows on the passenger side were broken to gain access.

On 9/4/08, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Upon investigation it was learned that entry into the residence was not gained. An attempt to gain entry was made through south east corner window. The rod iron was pryed open and window was broken. Estimated value of damage is pending.

On 9/4/08 at 1847 hours a motor vehicle crash occurred at above area. Suspect was being medically treated and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking alcoholic beverages as well as taking prescription medication. Suspect submitted to a blood draw. Results are pending. Suspect did not have a valid driver's license and no insurance. The registration plate did not belong to the vehicle. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
