               Eric Gonzales, 31yoa male

Charges:  Aggravated DWI, open container, suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputy M. Martinez responded to a fight at the location listed above and located the suspect vehicle leaving the area.  Deputy Martinez stopped the vehicle and the driver, identifed as Xavier Estrada was found to be intoxicated .18 /.19.  He was also found to be in possession of a suspended license and a open container.  The passenger was found to have in his possession a small pipe, brillo pad and push rods and he was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.  both were transported to the Adult Detention Center.

Sometime between 09-04-08 at 10:20pm and 09-06-08 at 12:00pm unknown person(s) gained entry into the apartment by unknown means. Once inside the apartment 171 Methadone Pills and 4 necklaces were taken. Case is currently under investigation.

Driver was stopped for traveling at an unsafe speed near a police traffic stop, in which he almost struck a police unit. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .07 and .06. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Charles Salazar - age 48, Santa Cruz, NM

Driver was stopped for exceeding the speed limit in the Santa Fe County Housing. He showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 6 beers prior to driving. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test.  The results were .17 and .16. The driver also had a 12 year old boy in his vehicle at the time of stop and the driver was additionally charged with abuse of a child.

He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .10 and .10. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain a lane. Upon contact with the driver, the deputy observed several signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test. The results were .15 and .16. The driver also had open containers in her vehicle and a revoked driver's license. She was booked into ADC accordingly.
