Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at a unit in the Santa Fe County Housing located on Camino Jacobo in which a tenant was being harrassed by a house guest over rent monied owed. Suspect started pushing victim and when victim attempted to call 911 he broke her phone. Upon officers arrival suspect fled on foot, officers gave chase and apprehended suspect.

On 03/13/08 at about 12:53 AM while traveling east bound at the above location the suspect failed to maintain her lane of travel. The vehicle was stopped and upon contact the suspect displayed signs of impairment. The suspect performed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was taken into custody and provided a breath sample with a breath alcohol content of .08/.08 respectively.

Sheriff's dispatch received a call from an crime check reporting a reckless driver operating a 2008 gold Ford Fusion with an enterprise rental car sticker on the bumper. Deputy located the vehicle at the above listed location and stopped to investigate. A motor vehicle inquiry revealed that the driver listed above had an outsanding warrant issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.

At about 5:24 PM arresting deputy observed suspect driving a gold in color Honda on South Meadows Road by the Ortiz Middle School. With knowledge of the suspect and him possibly having an outstanding warrant deputy stopped suspect and confirmed the warrant and subsequently took suspect into custody.

Sheriff's Dispatch received a call of a reckless driver on Interstate 25 in the area of the rest area traveling northbound. Deputy located the vehicle with the description provided and observed the vehicle traveling a high rate of speed. Deputy confirmed suspects speed with a radar unit at 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. A motor vehicle inquiry revealed that the suspects driving priveledges had been revoked with the 66-8-122g arrest clause. The suspect was subsequently taken into custody.

On March 12, 2008 at about 4:00 PM deputies responded to an activated alarm at a residence on San Ysidro. Upon arrival a broken window was discovered on the east side of the residence. An investigation revealed that unknown person (s) unlawfully entered the residence through the broken window and unlawfully took $40.00 worth of misc. coins and misc. jewelry with an undetermined value. There are no suspects as of report time.

Above subject was located passed-out behind the wheel of a vehicle that was in gear in the parking lot of the above location. Subject failed SFST's and was placed into custody. Subject submitted to a breath test in which the results were .21,.22. Subject was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Total value of the items taken is approximately $1,605. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

On March 11, 2008 at about 11:30 PM a house under construction on Camino Sabanero was shot at with a BB gun causing damage to six windows. The damage was estimated at $2900.00. A witness reported seeing 3-4 males in a red pontiac grand prix fire at the house and leave the area. No further information regarding the suspects was available as of report time.
