On this date officers were sent to location due to a fight in progress. Deputy met with victim and found out that she had been involved in an argument with her boyfriend. Victim reported that suspect left the house after she told him to leave. Suspect then returned and kicked in the front door attacking the victim as she was on the telephone. Suspect took the phone from victim and struck her in the back of the head breaking telephone. Suspect then grabbed victim by the neck and started choking her, leaving marks on her neck. Suspect then left the house and located by officers on side street in the area. Suspect was found to have four warrants for his arrest. Suspect was arrested on the above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center. Suspect was served the four warrants.

The victim reported that sometime between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, she arrived home and found that it had been burglarized via forced entry at the rear door. The suspect(s) stole the above named items from inside the residence. Total value of stolen items was approximately $15,000.00.

The victim reported that she was notified by her credit card company that several transactions had been attempted and declined with her credit card. The victim learned that someone had attempted to charge the purchase of groceries, on-line store, netflix, my bday site and craigs list. The case is under investigation.

On 12-04-08 the victim reported that a male subject entered his garage on 12-03-08 at 7:00 PM and stole his stihl chainsaw. The suspect fled the area in a green Honda Accord when the victim tried to stop him.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a male subject who was cutting himself on the wrist. Upon arrival the suspect was seen by medics and his injuries were minor. It was learned during the investigation that the suspect had been served with a valid order of protection and was in violation of the order by being within 100 yards of the petitioner's residence. He was arrested for the violation and transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

Arrested: Wesley Rivera 34yoa
On the above date, the above named officer witnessed the defendant speeding on Airport Rd. Officer turned around and attempted to stop the defendant who refused to stop. Defendant drove until he reached his driveway and ran from officer refusing to stop when given orders to do so. Officer deployed the taser which had no effect on the defendant. He was physically detained and arrested. Defendant submitted to a breath test and had a BrAC of .17 and .18. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.
0208010532 Felony DWI/Aggravated Fleeing/Driving on Revoked DL 12-03-08

Location: State Rd14 and Rancho Viejo Blvd. SFNM
Arrested: Edward Davidson 51yoa
Defendant was observed driving right of the fog line. Officer attempted traffic stop and he refused to stop. Defendant continued to drive recklessly not stopping until he reached his driveway. At that point he was placed under arrest. Defendant had a strong odor of alcohol upon his person and refused to submit to breath or blood tests. The defendant had five prior DWI ofenses and a search warrant was obtained for blood. The defendant was driving on a revoked license, had no insurace and had an open container of beer in the vehicle. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.
