Arrested: Patrick Martinez, 28yoa, male
Victim: 20yoa male
On this date at the above listed address, deputies were sent to this area due to a fight in progress. As deputies were responding they were notified that one male had been stabbed. When deputies arrived victim was found dead outside of the residence. Suspect was located and taken into custody during investigation. Case was refered to Criminal Investigation Unit and case is on going. Victim died due to a single stab wound to the chest.

On this date deputy responded to a report of a burglary at the above listed address and found where the back door had been pryed open and several tools were taken from the residence. Value of the tools was estamated to be over $2500.00. Case under investigation at this time.

Charges: warrant Santa Fe County for Failure to Appear, warrant Sandoval Counrty failure to appear.
Deputy York was asissting in a civil matter at the above listed area, when it was discovered that one of the persons involved, Edward Moreno had two out standing warrants for his arrest, listed above. Deputy York took Edward Moreno into custody with out incident and he was trasported to the Adult Detention Center and the warrants were served.

Location; 4300 block of Airport Road / Jemez Road area

Arrested: Steven Gurule, 36yoa, male
Charges: Aggravated DWI / private property crash
On July 12th, 2008, Deputy Clindenin came apond a vehicle which had been driven over a road curb in a parking lot of a business at above location. Driver, identifyed as Steven Gurule had lost control of the vehicle, which was a black in color 2007 Mitsabishi, 4-door when it went over the curb of the parking lot. During the investigation of the private property crash it was discovered that Steven Gurule had been drinking. Futher investigation found that Steven Gurulen was intoxicated and had a BAC of .20 / .20. Steven Gurule was arrested on above charges and transported to the Adltl Detention Center

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Minor Allowing Self to be Served, No Insurance
The above listed defendant was observed tailgating another vehicle in a construction zone. Following a traffic stop, the driver was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs. The driver was arrested and a subsequent breath test revealed his BrAc was .20, .20. The defendant could not provide proof of insurance on his vehicle. He was booked accordingly.

Stolen/Recovered: Playstation Game System and games, Game Cube Game System, Digital Camera, Prescription Medication and Memory Cards
The above listed individuals were caught burglarizing the victim's residence by the victim. One of the male juveniles fled on foot but was later apprehended. The above listed stolen property was recovered and returned to the victim. Juvenile Probation did not authorize incarceration of the juveniles and they were turned over to parents.

Suspect: Sergio Andujo, age 38, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery against a household member
On 7/12/08, deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. Upon arrival deputies made contact with the victim who stated that the suspect arrived home and wanted her to give him a ride to purchase more alcohol. Victim stated that the suspect was already intoxicated. Victim stated that she did not want further problems so she was taking him to the bar and he told her to go back home. Victim further stated that the suspect then grabbed her right arm and also grabbed the keys out of the ignition. Victim had daughter call 911. Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/12/08 at 0131 hours, suspect was located at the above location which is the Giant Gas Station and was involved in a verbal dispute with the Giant employees. Upon making contact with the suspect, he was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage while currently on active probation. Probation & Parole was contacted and an arrest order was issued. Suspect refused to take a preliminary breath test. Suspect was taken into custody, transported and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/12/08 suspect was traveling southbound on I-25 and nearly struck a Santa Fe Police unmarked unit. Driver admitted drinking a 40 oz. beer. Suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect submitted to a breath test and his BrAC was .05. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
