On 6/22/08 at 2113 hours, Kremiller while traveling southbound on Horton Road, drove left of center off of the road. Suspect then overcorrected his vehicle, causing to yaw to the right at which time it tripped, rolling over one time. Suspect displayed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to drinking 1 beer. Suspect upon completion of the SFST's displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 1174 Morning Drive SFNM
On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding juveniles running around the neighborhor setting off car alarms. Upon his patrol of the area he located a Chevrolet Cavalier which had a broken window. Upon further inspection it appeared to have been burglarized. Several attempts were made to contact the vehilce owner to no avail. While conducting a foot patrol of the area in an attempt to locate suspects, the officer did located power tools thown on the ground along with the victim's business card. The Items were collected and will be held for the property owner pending contact. Officer continued foot and close patrols of the surrounding neighborhoods in an attempt to locte suspects.

Victim reported that sometime between 6-21-08 at 11:00 pm and 6-22-08 at 10:00 am his 1994 white in color Ford ranger Pickup was stolen from the driveway of his residence. The vehicle was unsecured and a key to the vehicle was in the ashtray. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between October 2007 and today his sailboat was broken into as is was stored on his property. The only item that the victim noticed missing was a fire extinuisher valued at $75.00. No witnesses or suspects at this time.

Victim: 51 year old male
On 6-21-08 at approximately 11:00 a 51-year-old male was found deceased in the drivers seat of a vehicle located in a vacant field near the intersection of Agua Fria and San Felipe Road. Victim had been reported as a missing person to the Santa Fe Police Dept. earlier in the morning as he failed to return home over night. Victims death appears to be the result of a suicide as there were no indications of foul play at the scene.

On 6/22/08, it was reported that an unknown person(s) used a medium sized boulder to break the rear window of the above stated vehicle. Once entry was gained the unknown person(s) stole tools, scaffolds, and a purse with birth certificates and social security cards. Estimated amount of items taken is unknown. Estimated amount of damage is pending.

On 6/22/08, Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputy observed a male subject walking, stumbling out of apartment #321. The male was bleeding from one of his fingers on his right hand. He stated that he was involved in a fist fight with another male who was identified as Louis Branch. Contact was made with Louis Branch who stated that he was involved in a physical altercation. Louis Branch was highly intoxicated and advised he was on probation. Adult Probation was contacted and authorized an arrest order. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect #1 was at her residence and had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear. She was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 6/22/08, suspect was observed travelling 67 mph in a posted 50 mph zone. Upon contact with suspect, he admitted to speeding. Upon further observation, suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was given SFST's and then was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect had an open container in the middle console which he handed to the deputy during the interview. Suspect submitted to a breath test in which his BrAC was .17, .17. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
