On 6/20/08 2230hrs, Deputies responded to the County Jail for a report of an inmate who had overdosed. Suspect was transported to St. Vincent ER, where he was being treated for an apparent Heroin overdose. Found in his cell were 2 hyodermic syringes, a torn blue ballon, a plastic baggie and a white plastic spoon with a brown colored substance. Suspect charged accordingly.

On the above date, the above named defendant was observed driving east on Airport Rd. weaving outside of his lane of traffic. Upon conducting a traffic stop, he displayed several signs of impairment. After conducting the breath test, he had a .14 BrAC. He was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On the above date, the above named defendant had returned to the Santa Fe County Adult detentions Center from work ferough. Upon being searched by jail staff, he was found to be in possession of four bee bees of suspected heroin. The substance was field tested which showed positive for heroin. He was charged and rebooked accordingly.

Suspect was arrested on an outstanding Santa Fe Municipal Warrant after he arrived to assist a friend in diving a car and his driver's license was checked for validity. He was summoned to the scene by his friend because the friend had a suspended license.
