Complainant reported that four subjects entered the laundry room. Once inside the laundry room one of the males covered the security camera. It is believed the remaining individuals broke the front galss to the vending machine. An unknown amount of items were taken from the machine.

Item stolen : 2001 Yamaha YZF motorcycle $3905.00, blue and White in color.
On this date the above victim reported that sometime between 12/5/2008 and 12/8/2008 some unknown person stole the above repossessed motorcycle from the Credit Union parking lot. The motorcycle was valued at about $3905.00 and was entered into NCIC. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On Monday December 8, 2008 the above listed individual was taken into custody on a felony warrant for failure to comply with the Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program. Subject was arrested without incident and booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On the above date, officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for speeding 60mph on a posted 45mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver, she had an odor of alcohol on her person. She failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a BrAC of .18 and was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On this date a Hispanic male about 20 to 30 years of age wearing a dark in color blue hoodie came into the above listed location and asked for change for a $1.00. When the staff opened the cash drawer to get change, suspect reached across counter and grabbed $50.00 in cash. Suspect then ran out of business. Suspect was reported to have a large tattoo on the back of his right hand. Case is under investigation.

On this date victim reported that between 0800 am and 0600 pm, this date unknown person (s) broke the trim on a window next to the front door and unlocked the door to gain entry to the house and then they removed the above listed items. Case is under investigation at this time.
