Above subject was involved in a domestic disturbance with his ex-girlfriend which ensued into a physical altercation. Above subject poked his ex-girlfriend in the face with his finger and pulled her hair. Subject was located in his residence highly intoxicated and was placed into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention center on the above charge.

The suspect was stopped for not having a wood cutting permit tag posted on the wood he was hauling from one of forest roads in the county. During the stop it was discovered that he was under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Sometime between 8:00pm on 12/12/07 and 7:30am on 12/13/07, unknown suspect BURGLARIZED 5 unlocked vehicles. A Walther 9mm semi-auto pistol and Magelen GPS unit valued at $800.00 was taken from one of the vehicles. Nothing was taken from the other vehicles. Investigation continues.
