On 3/28/08, 10:00pm Deputies responded to 21 La Resolana in reference to a domestic dispute, in which the the suspect pushed and kicked his girlfriend several times as a result of an argument over a handgun. Both subjects were highly intoxicated, and suspect was found in possession of a .45 cal semi-auto,. Suspect was arrested, booked and charged accordingly.

On 3/28/08 7:48pm, suspect was driving a 1998 Chev Yukon bearing NM HFP-397, and was stopped for crossing the center dividing line. Suspect was found to be impaired, after given field sobriety tests. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly. Suspect breath alcohol content was .21/.21

Charged: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 3-28-2008, at 1:33 AM, Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal. Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. Suspect #1 faile to bring the vehicle toa stop when given a command to do so and was also in possession of an open bottle of Jose Cuervo tequillia. The Victim was a passenger in the vehicle and was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had become so in the presence of Suspect #1. Suspect #2, who was also a passenger in the vehicle was found to be in possession of a smoking device which contained a burnt residue of a suspected controlled substance.

Victim: 75 yoa female
Deputies responded to a report of a missing 75 year old female that was suffering from serious medical conditions. A search of the area led to the discovery of the victim's vehicle parked approximately 1 mile away from the residence on a dirt road. The victim was found deceased inside her vehicle with a self inflicted gunshot wound and a suicide note. The investigation revealed that the cause of death was suicide. No evidence of foul play was discovered and the case was turned over to Sheriff's Investigations.

The victim reported that her estranged husband was going to pick-up items left outside of the residence while the victim was away. The victim returned home and found the items had been removed. She also discovered that forced entry had been made into her residence and her daughter's 3 disk CD Player was stolen.

On 3/26/08 Deputies responded to the area of Senda Corvo, in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victim and her boy friend were at a relatives residence drinking and playing darts, when a verbal argument ensued. Suspect grabbedvictim ang pushed her up against a wall. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
