On Thurs 3/13/08 at approximately 2344hrs/11:44pm, victim was upstairs in his bedroom, when 2 unknown males unlawfully gained entry to his vehicle and used the garage door remote control to open the garage door. The suspects then unlawfully entered the residence via an unlocked door and proceeded upstairs, where they pulled out a handgun and began beating the victim with the gun. One of the suspects face was covered with a mask. Suspect threated to shoot suspect, if he reported the incident to police. Suspects ran off as victims roomate got up from his bedroom to investigate. Victim was transported to St. Vincent hospital for head injuries. Victim suspects that his ex-girlfriend may be somehow involved. Investigation continues.

On 03-13-08 the above persons who are roommates and ex-bofriend and girlfriend, were involved in a physical dispute and both had visible injuries. Both parties had conflicting stories and both were arrested on the charge of Battery against a household member.

Victim reported that she was involved in a dispute with a house guest who was harrassing her about rent money. Victim advised that when she attempted to call the police for help the male listed above grabbed the phone from her hand and broke it. When officers arrived on scene the suspect ran out of the house and was later located and arrested.

Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance at a unit in the Santa Fe County Housing located on Camino Jacobo in which a tenant was being harrassed by a house guest over rent monied owed. Suspect started pushing victim and when victim attempted to call 911 he broke her phone. Upon officers arrival suspect fled on foot, officers gave chase and apprehended suspect.

On 03/13/08 at about 12:53 AM while traveling east bound at the above location the suspect failed to maintain her lane of travel. The vehicle was stopped and upon contact the suspect displayed signs of impairment. The suspect performed the battery of standardized field sobriety tests and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was taken into custody and provided a breath sample with a breath alcohol content of .08/.08 respectively.

Sheriff's dispatch received a call from an crime check reporting a reckless driver operating a 2008 gold Ford Fusion with an enterprise rental car sticker on the bumper. Deputy located the vehicle at the above listed location and stopped to investigate. A motor vehicle inquiry revealed that the driver listed above had an outsanding warrant issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was taken into custody and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility.
