Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a wellfare check. During the course of the investigation deputies observed fresh damage to the vehicle due to a crash. While speaking with the driver, deputies observed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested, transported and booked into jail.

Deputies responded to Willow Way for a follow-up investigation in reference to a hit-and-run suspect. Deputies observed the vehicle drive past the residence. At this point, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The driver agreed to SFSTs and showed signs of impairment. The Suspect refused to chemical testing. The Suspect was arrested and booked at Santa Fe ADC.

Deputies responded to an assistance with another agency. Deputies learned a BIA officer wes providing the suspect with a ride to her residence due to her being intoxicated. The suspect began to kick during the ride and the BIA officer attempted to place her in handcuffs. The suspect then kicked the officer. The suspect was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies were called to the above location in reference to a narcotics violation. During morning inspection, the above listed suspect was found in possession of 21 ounces of heroin. The suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Kenneth Joseph Martinez, 59 YOA Male, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were conducting traffic enforcement in the area. A black in color GMC Envoy was observed over the 25 mph speed limit. Confirmed 40 mph in a 25 mph zone with radar. The driver was found to be driving on a revoked license with an arrest clause. The driver possessed an interlock license, but the vehicle was not equipped with an interlock device. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to an assisting ambulance call for an unconscious 72 YOF. Lifesaving measures were attempted but unsuccessful. Cause of death appears to be of natural causes.
