On Sunday, April 23, 2023, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle which had its NM registration suspended. A traffic stop was conducted and the above driver stopped the vehicle and then fled on foot. The driver was caught and detained without further incident. The driver was found to be in possession of fentanyl. The driver was placed under arrest and she was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, she was booked accordingly.

On Sunday, April 23, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a possible stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with the male. During the course of the investigation, it was learned he had an active bench warrant. After the warrant was confirmed, he was placed under arrest. The male was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, April 23, 2023, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a driver not wearing a seat belt. A traffic stop was conducted and it was discovered the male was operating a vehicle with a revoked NM license, due to a previous DWI. It was also found that the driver had an active bench warrant. The warrant was confirmed to be valid and the driver was subsequently placed under arrest. He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, April 23, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a male who was not conscious and not breathing. Upon arrival, it was found the male was deceased. OMI was summoned to conduct an investigation. Based on the investigation, it appears the male passed away due to natural causes. No foul play was observed.

Stolen: 1955 Blue in color Chevrolet Belair and 21 foot black in color trailer
On Saturday, April 22, 2023, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an automobile theft. Contact was made with the victim who advised unknown persons stole the above car and trailer. This occurred between 9:30 pm on 04-21-2023 and 6:00 am on 04-22-2023. Both vehicles were entered into NCIC as stolen. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in order to assist Tesuque Tribal Police. Upon arrival contact was made with the subject, while talking with the subject it was learned that his drivers license was revoked due to a past DWI. The driver admitted to driving and was seen on CCTV driving. MVD records verified subjects license is revoked. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked accordingly without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to the above subject wanting to turn herself in for warrants. Deputies arrived on scene and conducted a NCIC check on the subject, it was learned the subject did have an active arrest warrant for her arrest. The subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked accordingly without incident. Original Charge: Aggravated battery on a household member and criminal damage to property of a household member.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Deputies identified the driver as the above subject. When performing an NCIC inquiry, it was learned the subject had a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident—original Charge: Trafficking a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
