On Tuesday, June 14th, 2022 deputies responded to the above area in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival, the above suspect was located and he was placed under arrest for an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and was booked accordingly.

Victim: Unable to identify due to heavy decomposition
On the above date, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a Welfare check. Upon arrival the front door was open but the screen door was closed. From the screen door, deputies observed a dead cat on the stair case. Deputies conducted a welfare check and found a dead body with no obvious signs of life. OMI was contacted. An autopsy will be conducted June 14, 2022.

LOCATION: 4042 CERRILLOS RD. (SONIC)
ARRESTEE: PATRICK ADAM GUTIERREZ- 36-YEAR OLD SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 6-13-2022, Cpl. Cullison made contact with Gutierrez in the parking lot at the business of Sonic at 4042 Cerrillos Road just before the business opened. Gutierrez was operating a 4-wheeler at the tie of contact. Cpl. Cullison found a loaded shotgun on the 4-wheeler; which Gutierrez was operating. Gutierrez was found to be a convicted felon and prohibited to possess a firearm. Gutierrez was also found in possession of some methamphetamine.
Gutierrez was taken into custody.

Deputy responded to a suspicious person seen on surveillance under the RP's vehicle. It was discovered that an unknown male utilized a saw cutting device to cut off the RP's vehicle's catalytic converter. The male was observed wearing blue jean shorts, white socks, black flip flops and a white T shirt. The male drove a dark colored 4 door pick-up truck.

On above date, Deputies spoke to reporting party via telephone. Victim stated he had been talking to a girl via the Tinder app. Female stated she was 21 years old. Female sent victim intimate photos that did not show her face. Victim was then contacted by females supposed father stating she was 17 years old.
Supposed father told Victim the daughter was arrested and demanded $1000 from Victim or he would report him to Law enforcement.

Deputies responded to a business in Los Cerrillos reference a theft. Upon arrival, it was learned a male suspect was found in the shop. When the clerk approached suspect, he quickly fled the store on foot and was seen walking towards River Street in Los Cerrillos. The clerk did not see any items in his possession, but as he fled, the clerk noticed the show case's door ajar. Inside the show case was several custom made necklaces, but two were missing from the display. These items were observed 30 minutes before suspect was approached. The case is under investigation
