On 10-8-22, Deputy Leonard Martinez responded to a resident where a suspect known to the victim made entry into the resident by breaking a window. A warrant for his arrest was granted and entered into NCIC.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a unresponsive female. Medical personnel arrived on scene and began life saving measures without success. Deputies learned the decedent had previous medical history and had been sick the past couple of days. No foul play is involved.

Deputies responded to a report of an auto burglary of an unattended vehicle. The reporting party stated an unknown subject had entered the vehicle. The victim stated that a purse was taken from the passenger seat, it contained credit cards, $300.00 cash, and misc. contents. This case is currently under investigation.

On 10-8-22, Pojoaque Pueblo Officers conducted a traffic stop for expired registration. During the contact a pill later identified as Fentanyl was observed on the floorboard of the vehicle. Deputy Rivera took over the investigation on the non-native driver, James Roybal, who was taken into custody without incident. Roybal was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

CHARGES: AGG. ASSAULT ON AN HHM, AGG. STALKING AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS
On 10-7-22, Deputy Madrid responded to a residence at the above address reference to a female, Dana Yvonne Lerma, who attempted to use her vehicle as a weapon. Lerma attempted to run over a family member with her vehicle during an argument. Lerma also violated a TRO with this incident along with criminal trespass on the property of the family member. Lerma was not on-scene when Deputy Madrid arrived. A warrant for her arrest was drafted and approved. The warrant was entered into NCIC.
