On 11-24-2021 at about 6:31 pm, Deputy Ficke observed a vehicle on the roadway without any operating headlamps. The vehicle was stopped and during the course of the traffic stop contact, signs of impairment were observed. This led into a DWI investigation, which yielded an arrest of Calderon. Calderon refused a chemical test. During the arrest procedure, a substance recognized to be that of Methamphetamine was located in her possession. Calderon was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

ARRESTEE:WILLBURN, JESSELUKE AARON- 27 YEAR OLD MALE FROM ABIQUIU, NM
On 11-24-2021 at about 9:24 pm, Pojoaque Pueblo Police conducted a traffic stop on a nonnative male driving a motor vehicle near 9 W. Gutierrez St. This vehicle had a defective headlamp, which prompted the traffic stop. During the course of this stop, signs of possible impairment were observed. DWI Deputy Ward was requested to the scene. Deputy Ward conducted a DWI investigation, which yielded an arrest. Willburn consented to a chemical test. The chemical test yielded a 0.10g/210L and 0.09g/210L respectfully. Willburn was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

DECEASED: 59 YEAR OLD H/F- RESIDENT OF SANTA FE COUNTY
On 11-24-2021 RECC dispatched deputies to the Cities of Gold Hotel, where a 59 year old female was found deceased after going to bed. The deceased had a history of medical issue. No signs of foul play were found. OMI took over the investigation.

On Saturday, November 20, 2021 Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Deputies learned the suspect had been operating her motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and crashed into a parked truck. Suspect and her passenger suffered injuries and were transported to the hospital. Suspect was charged with Aggravated DUI.

On 11-20-2021, Villegas was observed by a deputy driving a motor vehicle and not stopping at a red light controlled intersection. Upon being stopped for this infraction, signs of impairment were observed. Villegas admitted consuming alcohol; despite her age, as an empty bottle of Vodka was found in the vehicle. Villegas submitted to SFSTs. Based off Deputy Ward's observation, Villegas was placed into custody. It was learned Villegas had a revoked license, due to a DWI. Villegas was booked without incident.

Location: Tesuque Casino Santa Fe County, NM
Suspect: Boone R. Tucker
Deputies were dispatched to above mentioned address in reference to traffic stop by Tesuque PD. The non-native suspect ran a stop sign and a traffic stop was conducted. When Deputies arrived, it was determined that the driver had a revoked license with an arrest clause. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

On 11-19-2021 at about 12:24am, Deputy Marilyn Rodriguez located a vehicle parked in the roadway, with the driver reclined back sleeping in the seat with the motor running. Deputy Rodriguez observed signs of possible impairment and began a DWI investigation; which yielded an arrest. Rivera refused to submit to a chemical test. Rivera was booked into the detention center without incident.

On 11-18-2021 about 10:36pm, RECC put out a "BOLO" for a tan Ford Explorer; which was unable to maintain a lane of traffic. Deputy Aaron Pool located the vehicle at NM 599 and Jaguar Drive. Deputy Pool observed a traffic infraction and conducted a traffic stop. It was learned that Mr. Burke had a revoked license; due to a DWI conviction. Mr. Burke was placed into custody and booked without incident.
