Suspect: Armond Antonio 24 YOM

Suspect entered a house that wasnt his. Upon contact with the male he was found sleeping on the couch and found to be intoxicated. Suspect placed under arrest and charged and booked accordingly. 

2023002279 Criminal Trespass

Deputy Assigned: Aaron Pool

Location: Buffalo Thunder Trail

Arrested: Gregorio Chacon

Deputies were dispatched to Buffalo Thunder Trail in reference to criminal trespass.  The suspect was trespassed on 1/15/23 and had been told several times that he was not welcome on the property.  Suspect was arrested and booked into ADC.

2023002276 Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

Suspect: Dennis Koehler, 55 YOA, Male, Toledo, Oh

Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  Driver had and odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person. Driver refused testing.  Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.

2023002261 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, DWI, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer, Concealing ID, Driving while License Revoked

Location: Camino San Jose and Entrada La Cienega

Arrested: Victoria Nevarez, 32 YOA, Female, Sante Fe, NM

Deputies located a stolen vehicle.  The suspect was slumped over at the wheel. Suspect woke up and a pursuit ensued.  Vehicle was stopped on NM-599 in the area of I-25 E. Frontage Rd.  Suspect arrested and booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

2023002259 Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer

Location: Sueno De Vigil, Espanola, NM 87532

Arrested: Charles Powers, 39 YOA, Male, Espanola, NM

Deputies responded to a disturbance call. Deputies learned the Suspect battered victims and damaged items belonging to victims.  Suspect became combative and resisted arrest. Suspect booked into Santa Fe County ADC.

On April 6,2023, Deputies went to the above location and served an active arrest warrant. They were rebooked into the jail.

2023002227 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Location: Valle Vista Blvd.

Suspect: Unidentified

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a stolen vehicle.  Affidavit was completed and the vehicle entered into NCIC.  The vehicle was located a short time later.  Suspect was unable to be identified. Registered owner took possession of the vehicle.

2023002229 Aggravated DWI, Negligent use of a firearm, Open container

Location: U.S. 84/285 @ Mile Marker 175

Arrested: Patrick Garcia, 42 YOA, Male, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies stopped a 2011 Ford F-150 for a traffic violation.  An odor commonly associated with an alcoholic beverage was detected.  Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered.  Driver was found to be impaired.  Open container was found inside the vehicle, along with a loaded firearm. Driver was booked accordingly.
