Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a battery. The victim advised that he was battered by the above mentioned suspect, Suspect also would not let the victim leave the area. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

On Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate found with suspected narcotics. Upon arrival, contact was made with detention officers and they advised during a search, they located suspected heroin on the above individual. The inmate was subsequently placed under arrest and rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, October 19th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the above area when they observed a vehicle commit a speeding infraction. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with the above driver. During the traffic stop, it was learned that the driver had a revoked driver's license, which required a interlock. The driver did not have an interlock installed and he was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked without incident.

Charges: Aggravated Assault, Negligent use of a firearm, Criminal damage to property
Deputies were dispatched to an aggravated assault call. The victim advised that he attempted to pick up his motorcycle, which he had fixed at the location of the incident. The residence gate was closed and a male exited the house with a handgun. The unknown suspect took a rock and threw it at the victims pick up truck, braking the windshield. He then proceeded to fire a single shot at the pick up, hitting the driver's side door. The victim left uninjured to report the crime. Initial investigations did not produce a suspect and follow up investigations will be conducted.

On the above date the suspect ran a red light nearly striking a deputy's car. During the investigation the suspect was found to be impaired. He agreed to chemical testing (.17,.17) The suspect was booked into ADC without incident.
