On Thursday, August 12th, 2021, deputies were patrolling the above area when they received a Lo Jack hit regarding a stolen motor vehicle. The vehicle, a 2001 Dodge Caravan, was located with suspect in possession of the car. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. During a subsequent search, methamphetamines, heroin and fentanyl were located. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim keeps her firearm on her entertainment center. She observed it in June. She suspects a family member which she will not name. Firearm was entered into NCIC. Case is pending.

Deputies responded to the above address for a burglary. A gold in color 2001Dodge Grand Caravan was stolen from the garage. NM plate MAY969. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and a BOLO was put out to the surrounding agencies.

Suspect: Angelita Olivas 27 Pojoaque NM
Suspect was stopped by Tesuque Tribal Police for an expired registration. It was discovered her license was revoked due to a previous DWI. She fled on foot from tribal police as they awaited the sheriff's office to take over the investigation as she was not a tribal member. Tribal police deployed a taser and took her into custody. Deputies arrived and took custody of the suspect booking her into the county jail

On Tuesday, August 10th, 2021, deputies spoke with a victim who advised a travel trailer had been broken into. The victim advised this occurred between 3:30 pm on 08-09-2021 and 8:30 am on 08-10-2021. At this time, suspect information is pending and this incident remains under investigation.

Location: 2885 NM-14 (Madrid)
Suspects: Frank Ybarra III and Juan (Juanito) Torres
Deputies Responded to the above location in reference to a burglary. The victim had high quality surveillance at the location which showed two males, the above listed suspects, breaking into the business and take various items to include tobacco and lottery tickets. Both suspects were identified through investigative research, prior jail booking photographs and prior law enforcement related interactions. The suspects were located and arrest warrants were drafted. Both suspects were later booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque Pueblo Tribal Police on a traffic stop with a non-native driver. The driver was found to be driving a motor vehicle on a revoked license. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.
