On 3-28-22, Deputy Naranjo responded to a residence, where a 66- year old male had been found deceased. There were no indication of foul play. The case is under investigation by the Office of Medical Investigators.

ARRESTEE: STELLWAG, FRANCENE M.- 54- YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE, RESIDENT OF SANTA FE, NM.
On 3-27-22, Deputy Maylone responded to the above address in reference to two people passed out in the drive-through of a local business. Stellwag admitted to driving to the location, as she was showing signs of impairment. Stellwag displayed signs of impairment during the SFST batteries. Stellwag was placed into custody and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory. Stellwag consented to a chemical test, resulting in test results of 0.20g/210L and 0.21g/210L respectfully. Stellwag was booked accordingly.

ARRESTEE: PORTILLO-DIAZ, HUGO- 24-YEAR OLD HISPANIC MALE, RESIDENT OF SANTA FE, NM
On 3-27-22, Detention Center Officers found Portillo-Diaz in possession of controlled substance within the confines of the detention center. Portillo-Diaz was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance and Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Trafficking).

On the above date deputies stopped the suspect for speeding. Shorty thereafter a DUI investigation ensued. The suspect was found to be impaired. Implied consent was read and agreed to. The suspect tested twice the legal limit. he suspect was arrested with out incident.

Location: La Puebla Road and NM 76, Santa Fe County, NM
Arrested: Elias S. Calzadillas
Deputy observed a black BMW sedan traveling at a high rate of speed on La Puebla Road near El Sitio Road. Deputy observed the vehicle swerve onto the dirt shoulder off of the roadway. While the Deputy was turning his vehicle around the vehicle made its way to NM highway 76. Deputy located the vehicle on NM 76 traveling Eastbound. Deputy attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle fled and continued driving recklessly, all over the road ,almost crashing multiple times. Vehicle stopped at #761 NM highway 76. The driver was arrested for the above charges.

On 3-26-2022, Deputy Maylone investigated a motor vehicle burglary incident. An unknown person(s) made unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle parked in front of a residence and removed items of value from this vehicle. This occurred during the early morning hours on 3-26-22. This case is under investigation.

On Thursday, March 24th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area for a report of an after the fact burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised on 02-21-2022, unknown individuals gained unlawful entry into a storage lot and stole stole the above mentioned items. Suspect information is pending at this time and the case remains under investigation.
