Suspect: MECHE- LOPEZ, JAIRO, 34- YOM, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, November 4, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a single vehicle roll-over at the above location. Upon arrival, deputies located the male driver adjacent to the vehicle with a minor laceration. The male, Jairo showed signs of impairment, along with admitting to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to crashing his vehicle. Jairo was found to show impairment during SFSTs. Jairo was arrested and submitted to a chemical test; which later yielded the findings of 0.15g/210L and 0/14g/210L respectfully. Jairo was booked into jail without incident.

On Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to male that was in his vehicle and it appeared that he was sleeping. Upon arrival, deputies located the male in a vehicle with the engine running, the male attempted to conceal his identity, and later fled on foot. Deputies detained the male and began a DWI investigation. It was learned the male was intoxicated and was operating a motor vehicle. The male indicated that he attempted to flee due to him having an active arrest warrant. Suspect was arrested and booked into jail.

On Tuesday, November 11th, 2021, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing female. Upon arrival, Medical staff attempted to revive the female, who displayed no signs of life. OMI responded to the scene to begin an investigation. During the investigation, no signs of foul play were noted by deputies or OMI.

Deputies were dispatched to the above named location in reference to an auto burglary. Several items were taken, to include cash and credit cards, 2 cell phones and one I Pad. The investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Kaydrianna Gardner 22 yoa Espanola, NM
Deputy was dispatched to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police with a non-native American who was in possession of narcotics. During the investigation, above subject was found with fentanyl and suboxone stripes with intent to distribute. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to the above address for a domestic. The suspect fled the scene after battering his significant other. A warrant was written and approved by a judge.

The suspect was called in as a reckless driver. Suspect was located driving on a rim. The suspect attempted to flee at a slow rate of speed. The suspect later stopped and was found to be impaired. The suspect refused to complete SFST's and refused chemical testing. The suspect was booked without incident.
