On Saturday, February 26, 2022, at approximately 3:30 pm, Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a domestic disturbance.
The victim reported she and the suspect got into a verbal argument. As she was leaving the residence, the suspect got in her vehicle and used the palm of his hand to strike her on the upper lip and nose. Contact was made with the suspect at the residence and he denied hitting the victim. With evidence being consistent with the victim's version of events, the suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

an unknown individual stole copper wire from the victim's property. He advised the unknown suspect gained entry to the property by cutting the barbed wire fence between February 25, 2022 5:30 pm and February 26, 2022 8:00 am.

The above defendant was stopped after it was reported he was a wrong way driver. During the traffic stop it was found the driver was operating the motor vehicle while under the influence. The driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

On February 25, 2022 at approximately 9:26pm,Deputies were dispatched to a wrong way driver on Dinkle and Martin Road. Deputies located the vehicle parked on the side of location. Upon making contact with the driver, an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath. During SFST's, Driver refused to continue. Driver was placed under arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. The Driver refused to be tested, subject booked accordingly.

On 2-25-22 at about 10:15 a.m., a male victim was approached by a male with a cutting instrument. The armed suspect took the victims took by threat. This case is still under investigation.
