Deputies responded to above location in reference to above subject with an active warrant. Suspect was seen in vehicle. Vehicle headed south on 84/285 and a stop was initiated as it was getting onto southbound 599. Vehicle was swerving all over the road and had speeds between 70mph and 90 mph. Spike strips deployed and the vehicle continued southbound with two flat tires. Spikes were deployed a second time and the vehicle continued to head south onto I-25 with all four tires flat. Vehicle rammed cable barrier at mile post 272 and rammed through the gate to the railroad tracks at mile post 270. Suspect refused to exit the vehicle and contact was made through the broken rear window. Suspect was handcuffed and showed signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to using narcotics prior to driving. Suspect refused SFSTs and refused a blood draw. During the investigation, it was learned above suspect stole a vehicle from above location prior to the pursuit and was driving on a revoked D.L. with the arrest clause. Suspect was medically cleared, transported and booked on all charges as well as arrest warrant.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a 58 year old male not conscious, not breathing. Investigation revealed the male passed away due to natural causes. No signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Contact was made with the above subject who showed signs of impairments. SFST's (alternative) were administered, which showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test. Subject blew a .24, .24 G/210L and was booked at ADC.

Deputy observed above suspect strike a concrete barrier and leave the scene. Deputy proceeded after the vehicle and observed the driver failing to stop at a stop sign. During the traffic stop, Deputy observed an open container inside the vehicle. Deputy detected and odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from her person and having blood shot water eyes. SFST's were administered, which she showed signs of impairment. Subject was arrested and agreed to a breath test. Subject blew a .15, .14 BrAC. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. During the investigation, it was learned about suspect had battered her boyfriend in the presence of the Pojoaque Tribal Police. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Sometime between 10am and 4pm an unknown suspect(s) broke the front door window with an unknown object and took above item. Alarm sounded and scared off suspect(s). Case is under investigation.

On Friday December 27, 2019 at approximately 4:42 PM Deputies were dispatched to 28 Camino Justicia in reference to a disorderly call. I made contact with corrections officers who stated the above suspect tried to check in with E.M. while he smelled of an alcoholic beverage. Upon checking security footage from the parking lot it was learned the suspect drove himself to E.M.I made contact with the suspect, who agreed to conduct SFST's. He showed signs of impairment. He was read the Implied Consent Act advisory and submitted to a breath test. He blew .17, .16. He was arrested and taken back to ADC. During a search incident to arrest, a 7.62 rifle was located in his vehicle. An open pint of whiskey was located in the center console.
The suspect was booked and charged accordingly.
