Victim: 62 Year Old Male
On Monday September 14, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to above location in regards to an assisting ambulance call. Upon arrival, it was learned that patient was unresponsive and cold to the touch. Life saving procedures were not administered due to an obvious death. No foul play was located.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a warrant service. Contact was made with the individual and he was re-booked at ADC on an outstanding warrant from Bernalillo without incident.

Stolen: Harbor Freight Suitcase Generator $300, Harbor Freight Toolset $300, Portable Buddy Heater $89, Patagonia Duffle Bag $50, Go-Pro Camera $350 (Total $1,089)
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle and stolen items. First victim reported the above vehicle as stolen. The truck was located approximately 2 miles south of the movie set near an arroyo, still on the ranch property. The above items were stolen from within the vehicle. No forced entry was observed on the vehicle. Second victim reported above items stolen from within a trailer. Victim stated the lock box located on the trailer was forced open to retrieve key inside that opens trailer. No suspects at this time.
2020011042-Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle-Driving while license revoked(DWI)-09/13/2020

Victim: 30 year old female
Suspect: James Parker(52)
Vehicle: 2004 White Lincoln Navigator
Deputies were given a BOLO of a stolen vehicle. Dispatch had the Owner/Victim on 911 stating they were following the vehicle on HWY 14. Deputies were in the area and engaged there emergency equipment for a high risk stop. The suspect pulled over and was taken into custody. Victim stated she dropped her keys at a local hotel and could not find them. The vehicle was stolen at approximately 5:00pm on this date.
0220011041-Burglary- Larceny- Criminal Damage to property-09/13/2020

Location: 100 Block of E. San Marcos Road
Taken: Craftsman Black air compressor($700)- Damaged window($500)
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a Burglary. Victim stated the home is for sale and the new owners came to find the garage door open. Victim advised between Tuesday September 8, 2020 and Sunday September 13, 2020 at approximately 5:00 PM an unknown person damaged a window to gain entry to the garage. The above item was stolen.
No suspects at this time.

Location: Vista Barrancas, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, September 10th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to damage to a residence. Upon investigation, it was found that two windows were damaged and the frame of one window had been partially pried off. No entry was made into the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time and this case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Rinna Tankless Water Heater, $2000
On Tuesday, September 8th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between 09-04-2020 at 4:00 pm and 09-08-2020 at 10:00 am, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into a residence and stole the above mentioned item. This case remains active and suspect information is pending.
