The missing person left his residence between the hours of 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM driving a 2013 BMW X3 NM License Plate LAY397. Mr. Enyeart has Alzheimer's and the reporting party is concerned about his safety due to his mental condition. Mr. Enyeart was entered into NCIC and a silver alert was issued by NMSP.

Suspects: Vanessa Rae Jensen / Age: 31

Charge(s): Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Any Drug 3rd (Refusal), Drivers must be licensed

On July 23, 2020, Deputies conducted a motorist assist at the intersection of Cerrillos Rd and Vegas Verdes Dr. Contact was made with the driver/suspect who advised that her vehicle stalled in the middle of the roadway and was not starting. During the encounter Deputies smelled an odor of an intoxicated beverage emitting from the driver and signs of impairment. The driver refused to perform SFST’s and chemical testing. Driver was placed under arrest and transported and booked into ADC.


2020009959, Aggravated Fleeing, False Imprisonment, Immediate Notice of Accident, Possession of Heroin

Location: US 84/285 at West Gutierrez (Pojoaque)

Arrested: Anthony Valdez, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 7-20-20 at about 6:15pm deputies observed a red Ford Focus side swipe a white Toyota truck at the above intersection.  A traffic stop was attempted but the driver of the red Ford, Mr. Valdez, fled North on 84/285.  He turned onto State Road 503 and continued fleeing from Deputies.  He turned onto Summer Road and lost control of his vehicle causing it to spin to a stop.  He exited the vehicle and fled on foot.  He was taken into custody after a short foot pursuit. At the time of the pursuit he had a passenger in the vehicle and refused to stop and let the passenger out.  A search incident to the arrest of Mr. Valdez revealed he was in possession of Heroin.

On Monday, July 20, 2020 Deputies served an arrest warrant on Fidel Naranjo while he was currently incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail.  The warrant was for supervised release violation petition out of US District Court.

On Monday, July 20, 2020 Deputies served an arrest warrant on Fidel Naranjo while he was currently incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail.  The warrant was for failure to appear out of Magistrate Court on the original charge of Violation of a TRO.


2020009933/Battery Against a Household Member/07-19-2020

Location: Virgil Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Clyde Vigil (30 YOM)

On Sunday, July 20th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a physical domestic disturbance.  The investigation revealed that the suspect battered a household member while arguing about finances.  The suspect then damaged the household member's vehicle.  The suspect was also found to have an active felony bench warrant for his arrest out of the First Judicial District Court.  The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Big Tesuque Canyon, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Purse, Credit Cards and Cash

On Friday, July 17th, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an automotive burglary.  Contact was made with the victim and they advised unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into their vehicle and stole the above items.  Case remains under investigation.

Items Stolen: Leather Jacket, Turquoise Jewelry, Red Cowboy Boots

On Friday, July 17, 2020 deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. The reporting party advised an unknown male subject gained unlawful entry into a canvas tent that was set up on the property. The male subject stole the above listed items. Signs of forced entry were observed on the perimeter fencing. This case remains under investigation.

Suspects: Tina Martinez / Age: 35

Charge(s): Battery against a household member

On July 16, 2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. When Deputies arrived it was learned the above suspect struck the victim multiple times in the face causing the victims nose and mouth to bleed. The suspect was then shoved to the floor and sustained an injury to her head. The witness on scene stated he heard the suspect striking the victim from across the hallway. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC

Suspect Sam Leyba 51 Santa Fe NM

 

deputies were dipatched to the area of 59 CR 84 in reference to a single vehicle collision.

 

Upon my arrival it was learned the driver had fled the scene. Deputies located the suspect in the arroyo to the west of this location. The suspect admitted to having a few Yukon Jacks eariler in the day. He was unable to conduct SFSTs.

 

He submitted to a breath test where he blew .20, .20.

 

He was charged accordingly and booked into ADC.
