On 10-26-19 contact was made with the above individual after learning he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident.

Charges:  Two Santa Fe Magistrate Court warrants for failing to appear.

On 10-26-19 Deputies made contact with the above individual. It was learned she had two active warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute where it was discovered the suspect choked and hit the victim. The suspect was booked.

Victim reported to Deputy that unknown persons entered the home sometime between 10-21- 2019 and                    10-24-2019 and stole the listed type of items. This case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a vehicle crash. Driver admitted to consuming a pint of vodka. SFST's were administered and subject showed signs of impairment. Subject submitted to a breath test and blew .17, .16g/210L.  Subject booked at ADC.

Location: US 84/285 mile marker 171, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested:  Tenzin Tashi            Age: 31  Santa Fe, NM

 Deputy responded to above location to assist Tesuque Tribal police on a traffic stop with a vehicle that failed to stop at the stop sign as it was leaving the casino. SFSTs were administered and showed signs of impairment during SFSTs. Subject was placed under arrest for DWI. NM Implied Consent Advisory  was read and suspect refused to submit to a breath test. Suspect was transported and booked into ADC.
