Victim stated her boyfriend slapped and kicked her during an argument. Victim had signs of a battery and the suspect admitted to causing damage to the drywall inside the residence.  Suspect was booked

Deputies responded to a medical assistance call where life saving measures were in progress. The victim was ultimately pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no signs of foul play.

Deputies made contact with the victim; he stated between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Thursday October 24, 2019 an unknown suspect made entry into the listed location and stole the listed item.

Location: Callejon Del Rita/ Rufina    Santa Fe County

Arrested: Jesus Alvidrez      Age: 41 Santa Fe, NM

Deputy made contact with vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway. SFST's were administered and  signs of impairment were observed. Driver had 5 previous DWI's, and a revoked license. Driver of vehicle refused breath test. Warrant was obtained for driver's blood. Driver's blood was drawn without incident. Driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Sometime between October14 and 21unknown suspect broke a lock and entered a shed and took above items. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Robert Martinez       Age: 30   Espanola, NM

Deputies attempted to stop a gold in color truck after observing it driving recklessly on Tesuque Village Road. The truck refused to stop driving north on US 84/285 where a pursuit intervention strip was used to stop the vehicle. Martinez was arrested and charged accordingly

Arrested: Isaias Jasso-Munoz age: 19

Charges: Two Santa Fe City Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear.

On 10-20-19 the above individual was found to have two active warrants for his arrest. He was rebooked accordingly without incident.

Charges: Two Santa Fe County Magistrate Court Warrants ( one for failing to pay fines, and one for failure to appear). Two Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court Warrants ( one for failure to pay and one for failure to appear)

On 10-20-19 contact was made with the above individual, during which it was determined he had four out standing warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
