On 2/28/2020, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a traffic stop conducted by Pojoaque Tribal Officers. It was learned the driver was non-native. During the course of the traffic stop the driver had 2 outstanding warrant for her arrest. During a search the driver was found to have methamphetamine, heroin and a glass pipe in her possession. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into ADC.

On 2/28/20, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a 2000 Mazda sedan at the above location. The driver was ran through the MVD database. The driver had an invalid revoked driver’s license. It was also learned the driver was wanted on an outstanding District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions. Driver was arrested and booked into ADC.

On 2/28/20, Deputies responded conducted a traffic stop on a 2009 Dodge Avenger. Contact was made with the driver who was impaired. Driver performed SFST’s poorly. Driver was placed under arrest and refused chemical and blood tests. Driver was transported and booked into ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to an attempted burglary. Investigation revealed unknown suspect(s) attempted forced entry into the residence by forcing open the garage door. Entry was unsuccessful, however, the garage door was damaged during the incident. Case is under investigation.

Victim advised he went to location to retrieve some items. He noticed the lock was gone and a Hisence 55 inch flat screen TV was missing, valued at $800. No suspects at this time.

On 2/27/20, Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. The reporting party stated the above suspect pushed him in the chest and thrown a kitchen knife at him. Deputies attempted to interview the suspect who was heavy intoxicated. Suspect was arrested and booked into ADC.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a female with a warrant. Upon arrival Deputies located the listed suspect and placed her under arrest for a valid arrest warrant. During search incident to arrest, a clear plastic bag with a crystal like substance was located in her pocket. The substance field tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
