On 2/21/20 Deputies stopped a gray Chevy Camaro for racing on highways at the above location. Contact was with made with the driver and there appeared to be signs of impairment. Suspect admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage. Suspect refused to submit to SFST’s and refused chemical testing. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

On 2/21/20 Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a 911 hang up. Shortly after BIA responded to the same location and observed a red 1997 Cadillac traveling into the driveway. BIA made contact with the driver who was a non-tribal member. The suspect appeared to be intoxicated. When Deputies arrived to the location contact was made with suspect. The suspect admitted to consuming and alcoholic beverages. Suspect refused SFST’s and chemical testing. Suspect was booked into ADC. ADC.

Pojoaque stopped a vehicle for speeding and observed indications of alcohol consumption. The Sheriff's office was contacted due to the driver being non tribal. SFST's were administered and indicated impairment. A breath sample was provided .17.17 he was booked.
