     On April 26, 2019, the victim advised he contacted Geico Insurance Company to sign up for insurance. When the victim provided his driver’s license, the representative advised he already had insurance through them out of the state of Washington. The Victim stated he has never had insurance through Geico, nor has he been to the state of Washington. Suspect information is pending


Case #0219006814, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin

Suspect: Sabryna Garcia, 41, Santa Fe, NM

On Thursday, April 25, 2019 at approximately 6:13pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of heroin. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, April 25, 2019 Deputy made contact with the victim, who advised an unknown suspect(s) hacked into their PayPal account and withdrew money from their account. Investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday, April 25, 2019 Deputy made contact with victim, who advised and unknown suspect used her personal information to open a Visa account. Investigation is ongoing.


0219006776 / Possession of a Controlled Substance / 4-25-19

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Suspect: Chris Lievens

The above listed inmate was found to be in possession of a crystal like substance consistent with methamphetamine.  The substance was field tested and yielded a positive result for methamphetamine.

On Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at approximately 8:36pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to stolen checks. Checks were mailed to pay bills, and unknown suspect(s) took the checks, altered them and cashed them. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputy was dispatched to SFCADC in reference to suspect having a pill bottle with yellow and blue pills. Substance was suspected Xanax. Suspect was rebooked.

Location: Lode Trail (Bishops Lodge Area)

Stolen: Tools

Victim reported sometime between April 23rd at 5:00 pm and April 24th at 8:00 pm, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into his residence and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Corrections Officers located the listed suspect in possession of a brown tar like substance consistent with heroin.  Suspect was rebooked accordingly.
