Deputies responded to above location in reference to a male passenger allegedly pointed a revolver handgun at the victim at the traffic light. During the investigation, Deputies made contact with the owner of the vehicle via cellular phone who stated she gave a male individual a ride to Espanola and did not know his name. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a disputed. While on scene it was learned the suspect drove to the location intoxicated. A DUI investigation was initiated that concluded with the drivers arrest. The suspect was later booked.

On Thursday, April 1st, 2021, deputies responded to a report of a reckless driver near West Alameda and San Ysidro Crossing. The vehicle eventually pulled into the Cottonwood Mobile Home Park. The vehicle was located and the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and the agreed to provide a breath sample. The result of the breath sample was .20/.19. The subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, April 1st, 2021, deputies conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation. During the course of the investigation, the above subject attempted to hide a syringe, which was loaded with heroin. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Between March 31 and April 1, 2021 two bicycles were stolen from the Brown Castle Ranch RV Park. The first bike is an Evil Offering in a lime green color and the second bike is a Ibis DV9 tan in color.

Arrested: Robert Santistevan Sr. / Robert Santistevan Jr. / Johnny Santistevan
On 3-31-21 deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Information received was that a male was armed with a gun threatening people. When deputies arrived on scene the above subjects would not comply with deputies commands. Further investigation revealed Robert Santistevan Sr. assaulted a female household member with a BB gun. He was placed under arrest for Aggravated Assault Against a Household Member. The other 2 males were arrested for Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer.
