Location: US 84/285 Mile Post 181     Pojoaque

Deputies responded to assist Pojoaque Police Department on a traffic stop. The driver was no-native and admitted to consuming alcohol. Deputies administered SFST's which indicated impairment and the driver was arrested. A breath test was administered, the results were a .17/.16

Above individual admitted to breaking the window because he was upset. The window was valued at under $1,000.00 to repair. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
