Arrested: Ronald Lucero 52 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to above subject passed out behind the wheel and parked on top of the side walk of the Nambe Falls Casinos. During the investigation, Deputies learned above subject injected heroin prior to making contact. SFST's were administered, which he showed signs of impairment. The NM Implied Consent Advisory Act was read, which he agreed to a blood draw. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly pending the blood results.

Deputy responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Subject was arrested by Pojoaque Tribal Officers on an active warrant. While at ADC, Corrections located a large amount of a white powder substance (meth) and black tar (Heroin) on his person. Subject was charged and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a physical domestic. Suspect was crying and deputies attempted to detain the suspect and he physically resisted. During the investigation, it was learned the suspect locked himself with her in the bathroom and wouldn't let her out. The suspect later damaged the bathroom door and battered the owner of the residence. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
