Location: 168 mile marker US 84/285 (Tesuque Pueblo)

Suspect: Juan (Unknown)

Victim: 48 year old female (Santa Fe, NM)

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a robbery. During the investigation, it was learned that the victim gave the suspect a ride. The suspect forced the victim out of the vehicle and hit the victim in the face. The suspect left the area in the victim's vehicle. Deputies were able to locate  the vehicle and a pursuit ensued. Suspect is still at large at this time.  


2020009763-Burglary-Larceny-07/10/20

Location: 2515 Camino Entrada

Victim: 30 year old female

Deputies were dispatched the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim stated between 1:00pm and 3:00pm an unknown person got into her vehicle and took a gym bag. No suspects t this time.

Location: 3400 Block of NM 14, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Pottery, Orange Lion Glass Art, Glass Wall Art Pieces, 12 jewelry bags containing jewelry

On Friday, July 10th, 2020, deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary.  The investigation found unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the property between 6:00 pm on 07-09 and 07:49 am on 07-10.  Once inside the property, suspect(s) stole the above mentioned items.  This case remains under investigation.

Victim: 35 Year old male

Suspect: Unknown

Entry was made by breaking the passenger side window of the victims vehicle and several items were stolen.


2020009726 / Breaking and Entering / 7-8-2020

Location: Bachelor Trail   Edgewood, NM

Arrested: John Mansfield     Age 55   Edgewood, NM

Deputies were dispatched to location regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arriving it was learned the suspect had been evicted from the property and unlawfully entered the home. The suspect was found inside the home and was arrested and transported to jail.


2020009688 / Possession of Controlled Substance / 7/6/2020

Location: 100 Camino De Los Ranchos (Chimayo, NM)

Suspect: Halbert Martinez / 29yom / Espanola, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a neighbor dispute. During the investigation, the suspect pulled a substance from his pocket. Deputies gathered the substance and determined it was a possible narcotic. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.


2020009675 / Aggravated DWI / 7-6-2020

Location: 100 block of Arroyo Seco Circle (Espanola, NM)

Suspect: Gerald Dixon / 35yof / Espanola, NM

Suspect was observed committing a traffic violation. Once Deputy made contact, signs of impairment were observed. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Location: 500 block of Pacheco Canyon Road

Suspect: Nathan Adams / 48yom / Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. During the investigation, it was determined the suspect got his vehicle stuck and appeared to be intoxicated. The suspect showed signs of impairment. He was arrested and booked accordingly.


2020-009618 Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving 7/3/2020

Location: State Road 14, mile post 34, Santa Fe, NM 87508

Suspects: Woyneve Alice Bailon / Age: 22

Charge(s): Aggravated DWI, Careless

On July 3, 2020, Deputies responded to the State Road 14 mile post 34 in regards to a single motor vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation the driver/suspect appeared to be impaired. SFST’s were conducted and performed poorly. The driver/suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. During the breath test the driver/suspect would not follow instructions therefore no test was submitted. The driver/suspect was placed under arrest and transported to ADC.


2020009572 / Shooting at or from a Motor Vehicle / 7-2-20

Location: Interstate 25, mile post 296

On 7-2-20 at approximately 2:22am a semi truck driver was headed southbound on I-25 near mile post 296 when a southbound vehicle shot several times in the direction of the passing semi.  The semi driver stated he could see the muzzle flash and hear the gunshots.  The semi was not struck.  The semi driver could only give a description of a 4 door car, nothing further.
