On 3/11/20, Deputies responded to the area of Agua Fria and Floral lane and located a white 2012 Kia Soul in the middle of the roadway. Based on the investigation it was determined the above suspect crashed his vehicle in the area of the 3000 block of Agua Fria. The suspect was found in the vehicle to be impaired. SFST’s were conducted which were performed poorly. The suspect completed a breath test and was subsequently transported and booked into ADC.

Suspect was observed not wearing a seat belt. A traffic stop was initiated and it was learned the suspect's driver's license was invalid revoked with the arrest clause attached. Suspect did not provide insurance or registration of vehicle. Suspect was booked accordingly.

On Tuesday March 10, 2020 at approximately 3:55 PM, Deputy observed the above vehicle driving above the posted speed limit. Deputy conducted a traffic stop and learned the driver was driving on a revoked Driver's License and he did not have a current driver's license on his person.
He was arrested and booked into ADC on the above charges.

Subject was contacted after he was observed walking around a closed business at about 5:00 a.m. During the contact he was found to have four active warrants issued out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for various offenses. The warrants were issued for failing to appear. He was then booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
