Arrested: Roque Duran Age: 36 Espanola, NM
Deputies responded to location after a report Duran left the home while intoxicated and with a child inside the vehicle. Deputies located Duran at the home after returning and he was arrested.

On 10-27-19 the resident at the above location reported someone entered the residence and stole the above items. The incident occurred on 10-20-19, but the victim stated the burglary was not noticed until today. Suspect information is pending at this time.
0219018961 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Larceny, Criminal damage to property 10/26/19

Location: Ave. Torreon/Torreon Place, Eldorado
On 10-26-19 Deputy was dispatched to the Eldorado Community Water and Sanitation gated property in regards to the above charges. It was learned that an unknown suspect(s) cut the padlock to the gate and stole a dual axle trailer and a 100kw Generator. The reporting party valued the property at $100,050. No suspects have been identified at this time.

On 10-27-19 the victim reported her vehicle was unlawfully entered during the night time hours. She arrived home after 6:00pm on 10-26-19 and found her vehicle doors this morning 10-27-19. Her vehicle was rummaged through but did not appear anything was stolen. Suspect info is pending at this time.

On 10-27-19, contact was made with the above individual after learning he had an active warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Charge: Two Santa Fe County Magistrate Court Warrants, Two Santa Fe Municipal Court Warrants.
On 10-27-19 contact was made with the above individual, after learning he had multiple warrants for his arrest. The warrants were for failing to appear and failing to comply with conditions of probation. He was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 7 Tesuque Road (Tesuque Casino)
Arrested: Catalino Valencia(25 yoa male) Santa Fe
On October 27, 2019 at about 0030 hours Tesuque Police requested SFSO assistance. Tesuque Officers advised they had arrested a male on an active warrant who was also found to be in possession of Heroin. After arresting the male, he was able to escape from their custody and run to the US 84-285 where he was recaptured. He was later taken to Santa Fe ADC where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Shaun Cummings 27 yoa male
SFRECC was contacted in reference to a crash on Los Pinos Road. Deputies arrived and located the above subject who had crashed. The subject showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He was taken to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Adult Detention Center without incident.
