Deputies reported to the listed location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Investigation revealed sometime between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM the listed vehicle was stolen. The vehicle was later recovered in the city of Espanola. Case is under investigation.

On 2/7/20, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to an inmate found with heroin and marijuana during a dry cell search. The narcotics were found in the seam of a laundry bag. The inmate was re-booked on the above charges.

During the course of the investigation it was determined that the suspect held his wife down on the kitchen floor by her shirt not allowing her to get up. The wife eventually got to her feet and Deputies were called. Suspect was arrested on the above charges and transported to ADC.
