Deputies responded to above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police on a traffic stop with a non-native American. During the investigation, above subject failed SFST's and was also found in possession of a green leafy substance and a while powder substance wrapped inside a dollar bill. NM implied consent advisory act was read and subject agreed to a chemical test. Subject blew a .12, .11 BrAc and was booked at ADC.

Charge: Aggravated battery against a household member
On 11/8/2019 Deputy responded to the above location in regards to the above crime. Contact was made with victim, who advised she was involved in a domestic altercation with the suspect. Based on the investigation it was determined that the suspect choked the victim after arguing about infidelities. The suspect was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charges.

Charges: Speeding, Suspended D.L., Concealing Identity, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of controlled substance X 3, Credit card theft, Service of documents
Deputy responded to assist Pojoaque Tribal police on a traffic stop for speeding. During the traffic stop, subject concealed his identity and resisted arrest when asked to step out of the vehicle. Once his true identity was obtained, the subject had an active arrest warrant. During the inventory of the vehicle, drug paraphernalia, heroin, methamphetamine, and cocaine were found on the driver seat. Also located in the vehicle was 2 debit cards belongs to different cardholders. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. During the investigation, it was discovered above suspect, who is an employee of the facility was found in possession of methamphetamines. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to stolen vehicle (DOT vehicle) in progress. A bolo was sent to surrounding agencies. Deputies located the vehicle traveling south on Old Las Vegas and a high risk traffic stop was conducted in front of driveway #68. During the investigation, Subject showed signs of impairment and refused SFST's or a breath test. Subject was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, Agg. DWI and driving on a revoked license. Subject booked at ADC.

Victim advised he was contacted by unknown suspects who advised he needed to pay a large fee to sell a vacation rental he owned in Mexico. After contacting additional parties it was learned the activity was fraudulent.
