On Tuesday, December 22, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. The reporting party advised he stopped out with the driver and the suspect struck him in the face and fled the scene. Deputies located the suspect and initiated a traffic stop. The suspected displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The suspect refused to submit to SFSTs and he was later arrested. The suspect also declined to submit to chemical testing. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked without incident.

Location 200 Block of Santa Fe County Road 84, Pojoaque, NM
On Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing 59 year old female. Upon arrival, deputies and medical personnel attempted life-saving measures on the female. However, no signs of life were observed and OMI responded to the scene. OMI and deputies did not note anything suspicious about the female's death. This case remains under investigation.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an Larceny. The reporting party stated that the above suspect broke a window to her residence at stole her Jewelry. The suspect was located near the property and confessed to the crime. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Clyde Vigil / Espanola, NM
Suspect went to the residence of a family member where there was a Order of Protection in place prohibiting him from being on the property or near the petitioner. Deputies arrived at the location and the suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail accordingly.

Suspect was stopped for speeding and it was learned that he was driving on a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an after the fact burglary. The reporting party stated an unknown suspect gained entry into a storage unit which contained a large amount of construction tools. The reporting party stated a large amount of tools were taken as well as several electronics. This case is ongoing and under investigation.

Stolen Vehicle: 2016 Red Toyota Corolla, bearing NM NNJ308
On the above date deputies responded to the above location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The vehicle owner stated she parked her vehicle unlocked in her front yard and in unknown person took it. The case is ongoing and under investigation.

Deceased: 30-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject found unconscious and not breathing lying in his bed inside the apartment. During the investigation, it was learned the deceased suffered from medical conditions and had a drug use. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.
