Subjects were recognized by SFSO personnel who were conducting a close patrol of the casino. Mr. Gallegos had a warrant issued for fail to appear on several charges for larceny and Fraud by the Honorable Judge Donita Sena. Ms. Carrillo was found to be wanted by New Mexico Probation and Parole for violating probation. She also had a warrant issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Both subjects were booked without incident into SFADC.

On 1/30/2020, Deputy responded to the above location and made contact with the above male individual walking on the side of the roadway. While gathering the individual’s information the male individual fled from officers on foot. The suspect was later located and taken into custody and transported to ADC.

On 2/4/20, Deputy responded to the above location in regards to a burglary. Based on the investigation it was determined sometime between January 31, 2020 and February 1, 2020 an unidentified person(s) gained in the victim’s garage and removed some power tools. No suspects have been identified at this time.

On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies responded to the Tesuque Casino in reference to a wanted person. The above suspect was arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to the Santa Fe County Jail.

On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in regards to a male that arrived to the facility possibly intoxicated. Deputies made contact with the suspect who admitted to consuming alcohol the previous night and drove to the facility today. SFST's were administered where the suspect showed signed of impairment and agreed to submit a breathe test. Suspect blew a .04, .04, and was booked on a warrant.

On February 4, 2020 Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle at the above mentioned incident location. Contact was made with the driver who was operating the motor vehicle while his privilege was revoked with an arrest clause attached. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Tuesday February 4, 2020, Deputies made contact with the victim regarding an identity theft. Victim reported an unknown suspect changed his personal information at his bank in an attempt to transfer funds from the victims account. The bank thought the action was suspicious and froze all funds. There currently no suspect info.

On Friday January 31, 2019 at approximately 12:00 PM the listed victim told her husband she was going to go "riding around" with her friend. She willingly entered the passenger side of a dark colored SUV and left the above listed residence.The friend was described as a light colored female, approximately forty years old, with her hair in a bun. The victim's husband, had never seen the female before.

The Store manager believes the assistant manager embezzled the weekend deposits for the store as they had not been deposited as of Monday 2.3.2020. She was observed taking a money bag out of the safe and no deposits were made at the bank and the manager had not been able to contact her. Deputies were not able to make contact with the suspect.
